In 2008, CNE is focusing on the challenges and impacts of Generational Change on nonprofits, including leadership transition. We are presenting the issues and perspectives related to demographics, financial implications, technology issues, work-life balance, diversity, and leadership mentoring & coaching. And we will share with you best practices developed to date as well as provide opportunities to share your ideas and opinions with your peers.
